What actually happens?

Inside your phone there are very small electronic components. When water enters:

• It can cause short circuit
• Metal parts may start corroding (rust)
• Phone can suddenly switch off
• Touch, speaker, or camera may stop working

⚠️ Common signs of water damage

• Phone not turning on
• Screen flickering or black display
• Charging problem
• Speaker sound low or distorted
• Phone heating without reason

🚫 What NOT to do

• Don’t charge the phone immediately
• Don’t shake it too much
• Don’t use a hair dryer (heat can damage parts)

✅ What you should do

• Switch off the phone immediately
• Remove SIM card and cover
• Dry it with a soft cloth
• Keep it in dry air (rice trick helps a little, but not always)
• Take it to a professional repair technician as soon as possible
